A decade of progressive roles spanning Agile delivery management, operations leadership, digital service requirements gathering, and full-stack development. Managed unifi.com.my delivery as Scrum Master and led problem management teams resolving complex high-impact incidents.
Governed a team of solution architects delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation, including rearchitecting the MyUnifi platform toward a Super App architecture. Led cross-functional QA initiatives across transformation programme (R²), Agile delivery (STELLAR), and critical production resolution (SWAT). Responsible for strategic resource allocation, defect management frameworks, and quality assurance across a high-value banking technology portfolio.
