We collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, chosen webinar session, and UTM parameters/referrer when you register for a webinar or contact us.
Why we collect it
Data is used to register you for the PA EasyTadbir webinar, send confirmations and session reminders, and for PA EasyTadbir-related communication.
Legal basis & consent
We process your personal data based on the consent you give when registering, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or until you withdraw your consent.
Disclosure
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only processed by our service providers — hosting, email delivery, and analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for the use of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP).
