Grassroots football runs on WhatsApp.
We built what replaces it.
TerasBola has been live since August 2026 and is already used by real clubs. We are now raising a grant-matched seed round and looking for a commercial cofounder to take it to every club, school and family in Malaysia.
Full proposal and financial model shared under NDA.

Youth football admin hasn't changed in twenty years.
Fees chased by hand
Monthly fees collected one by one in WhatsApp groups, with bank screenshots and no receipts.
Children's IC numbers in chats
Identity data on paper forms and spreadsheets, shared by chat and never deleted.
Club money in personal accounts
Fees land in a committee member's account; payouts leave no trail.
Coaches nobody can verify
No standard way to check a licence; coaches found by word of mouth.
Parents see only the score
Development assessments stay in a coach's notebook.
Competitions run by chat
Entries, invites and cost splits by message; results on a whiteboard.
Since June 2025 the amended Personal Data Protection Act turns children's IC numbers in chat groups into a legal exposure — and in February 2025 a school carnival organiser in Ipoh collected entry fees and disappeared. Trust is the gap.
Not a deck. A product clubs use every month.
One bilingual workspace on phone or desktop, live at terasbola.my since 31 August 2026.
Child data protected by design
IC numbers encrypted at rest, masked outside the child's club, guardian consent recorded and revocable.
Money with a trail
Signed gateway webhooks, a double-entry ledger and a named decision behind every proof, claim and payout.
One API, every client
The same backend serves the web app today and the mobile app next.
Proof of execution.
Subscriptions are the base,
not the business.
Club software alone has a ceiling in Malaysia. What the platform really builds is an audience — young players and their parents, reachable inside a product they open every month. The plan earns from that audience six ways, each feeding the others.
The hard part is already done.
Built, not planned
A working product with real families paying real bills, and the engineering discipline to keep shipping.
Trust as the moat
The only Malaysian football platform built around child-data protection, auditable club money and verified coaches.
Diversified by design
Six revenue engines on one record, so no single line carries the company.
Capital-light and gated
A small team to start; every new layer of cost waits for evidence that the last one worked.
Two seats at the table.
Commercial cofounder (CEO)
The product and the platform are built and run by the founder. We need the person who takes it to market.
- Sales to clubs, academies and schools
- Sponsorship and brand partnerships
- Tournaments and leagues
- Fundraising alongside the founder
Ideal: a network in grassroots football, sports business or youth sport, and the drive to build something national.
Full partner role; equity and terms discussed under NDA.
Early investors
A grant-matched seed round for a Malaysian sports-tech platform that is already live.
- Released in stages against evidence gates
- Backed by Keria Byte's engineering practice
- Full proposal, model and term outline under NDA
